What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, bank deposit (direct transfer to our NAB account), and Afterpay. All prices include GST.

Do you price match?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide. We select the most suitable carrier for your order and location to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timeframes are typically 2–8 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Small items can be delivered to a PO Box. However, large items (identified in the product description) require a physical street address. Supplying a PO Box for a large item will delay your order.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, free pickup is available from our warehouse at 282–286 Peisley Street, Orange NSW 2800. All pickups must be pre-arranged, so please contact us first to organise a collection time.

Warranty & Returns

How do I return a product?

If you've purchased an item and wish to return it 30 days after you received it, we can offer a refund less a 15% restocking fee to cover postage and handling. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Please contact us to arrange a return before sending anything back.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all products come with a manufacturer's warranty from the date of invoice. The specific warranty period is listed on each product page. Please review the warranty details before purchasing.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover issues arising from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow the product's instructions. The warranty does not cover labour costs - it is the customer's responsibility to verify they have the correct parts before installation.

How do I find parts that fit my vehicle?

Use our Vehicle Parts Finder at the top of the main page. Select your vehicle's make, model, and series to see all compatible products. You can also filter results by chassis code, body shape, and year for an exact match. If you're unsure, give us a call - our team is happy to help.

What information do I need to find the right part?

For the best results, have the following handy: your vehicle's make, model, year, engine size, and chassis code. For exhaust parts, knowing whether your vehicle has a DPF (diesel particulate filter) or turbo is also helpful. You can find your chassis code on the compliance plate or in your vehicle's registration documents.

What vehicles do you cover?
